Research and Evaluation initiative at Invision is steered by Dr. Padam Singh, a distinguished Statistician of repute. He has over 3 decades of rich experience in surveys and evaluation. He has served as member National Statistical Commission GOI. He has occupied the position of Addl. D.G. ICMR (1997-2004) and Director, National Institute of Medical Statistics (1987- 1997). He has worked as Jt. Advisor Planning Commission and was associated with preparation of sixth and seventh Five Year Plans (1979-87). He has also worked as Professor of Statistics at Pusa Institute. His theoretical contribution in Sampling Theory is part of PG Text books. The findings of Evaluation studies steered by him have been effectively utilized in modernization of National Programmes.
